Retail Sales Associate

Job Description

• Represent the DMK brand and offer a high level of friendly service aligned with DMK’s brand promise to customers
• To provide value to customers by helping them with styling and fit tips
• Be sales-oriented and strive to achieve individual and team goals
• Develop long term relationships with customers to boost their confidence in DMK products and services
• Be a good team player by participating in all activities contributing to the overall store objectives
• Have strong communication skills
• High willingness to learn
• Ensure optimal stock levels in store at all times according to purchase trends and customers’ request
• Assist in organising inventory

Requirements

• Have to be able to work from either 11AM-10PM or 1PM-10PM (depending on shifts)
• Comfortable with working on weekends, public holidays and festive periods if required (extra incentives might be awarded for festive periods)
• Excellent client service and communication skills

Founded in 2000, we are currently present in Singapore and several international markets, including Myanmar and Nepal.
